Just got both of these figures in the Mail. I Love them. I’ll take these over Toynami and CM’s anyday. The part forming doesn’t bother me at all. And the figure alone looks great in a kneeling getting ready to shot pose. I really hope they do a Rook/Bartley version.

I can’t say that I’ve tried but I imagine if you owned both you could do some mixing and matching… I can’t imagine Mega House would add the extra expense of making differing molds on the arm gauntlets and if they did you’d have both sets of struts (but again, I’m pretty sure it’d be a simple plug and play swap).

Thinking about getting these 2. Are the arm weapons interchangable between the 2? Trying to build the perfect ride armor. In my mind anyway.

FTF, I deleted your comment because the quote you had is no longer part of the review (press f5 to refresh). Turns out I had made a mistake and that the decals with the mustache are included with the toy.

It would have been cooler to have the Stig figure have some of that deep black (as in the struts). That would have made for some awesome contrast.

As it is I am holding hope and breath for the Beagle release (too many months from now). Any word on its durability? From someone who saw it at Comicon they seemed to think it would be far more sturdy and have a better transformation.

Still, solid review. I wish they would release some Jonathon Wolff and other variants to mix it up.

(I alos lament the inability to have the MH be able to stand on its own. C’mon, designers!)

Thanks Save! I’ve gone ahead and corrected the post to show that the decals were included (that’s what I get for not pulling the instructions out). I’ve also changed the wording to reflect that those aren’t the mail-away parts. Sorry everyone for the confusion!

That sticker and gun set was only given to industry professionals that attended last months Mega Expo hosted by Mega House. The actual mail way set does not included stickers. The sticker sheet is the same sticker sheet packaged with the Dark Ride Armor.

Great review as always, hurry back to Tokyo!
